1. Where and how to get it

Send a DD/MO drawn in favour of "ARBITER INFOTEC PVT LTD - Chennai" for Rs. 75/-  ( i.e., Rs.60 for CD + Rs.15 for courier + handling charges) with your address**  to the address given below (or) 
If you could come in  person to the address given below you can collect the CD  for Rs.60/- only.

3. Tell me about the system display properities?
Click Start menu -- Settings -- Control panel -- Display -- Select Settings tab
Colour -- Select True Colour(24 bit) 
Screen area -- 800 by 600 pixels

Apply -- OK

 
4. Tell me about the installation procedure?
Step 1: Click Setup.exe or run setup.exe in the CD ROM

Step 2: Click Start menu -- programme files -- Gurupad -- gurupad

 
5. After Installation my computer says 'PLEASE INSERT THE ORIGINAL CD', what shall I do?
Click Start menu -- Settings -- Control panel -- Regional Settings -- Select  English (United States)
 
6. After Installation my computer says 'PLEASE INSERT YOUR CD AND CLICK YES', what shall I do?
Check for the number of CD drive you have in your system. If you got more than one CD drive please remove the other CD drive and use only one.
 
7. Problem in viewing Gurupad, after the Gurupad loading screen i am unable to proceed further?
Defragment your system by using the following steps:

Select Start menu -- programs -- Accessories -- Systems tools -- Disk cleanup

Select Start menu -- programs -- Accessories -- Systems tools -- Disk Defragmenter

 
8. Difficulty in viewing full window of the Gurupad / unable to move next questions?
Click Start menu -- Settings -- Control panel -- Display -- Select Settings tab
Screen area -- 800 by 600 pixels

Apply -- OK

 
9. While running Gurupad.exe I am getting this picture what shall I do?
 
Don't get worried? Just shutdown and restart your system.
 
10. After installation, while running Gurupad.exe I am getting this picture what shall I do?
