To Configure Gurupad-G12 in Windows XP and Windows 2000 operating system |
| 1) Select Control Panel from start menu. |
 |
| 2) Select Administrative Tools from Control Panel window. |
 |
| 3) Select Data Sources (ODBC) from Administrative Tools window. |
 |
| 4) In the ODBC Data Source Administrator window select System DSN tab and click Add button on the right side. |

| 5) In the Create New Data Source window select Microsoft Access Driver (*.mdb) and click finish button. |

| 6) In the "ODBC Microsoft Access Setup" type gurupad near Data Source Name and click select... button below. |

| 7) In the Select Database window select quiz.mdb located in c:\program files\gurubase and click OK. |
 |
| 8) Similarly, repeat the process to
create another data source name. 1) In the ODBC Data Source Administrator window select System DSN tab and click Add button on the right side. 2) In the Create New Data Source window select Microsoft Access Driver (*.mdb) and click finish button. 3) In the ODBC Microsoft Access Setup type gurupad1 near Data Source Name and click select... button below. 4) In the Select Database window select quiz_report.mdb located in c:\program files\gurubase and click OK. |

| To check wether configuration has
setted properly. Note :- Check wether gurupad and gurupad1 is visible in the ODBC Data Source Administrator window (i.e. window shown in step 4) |
